Prof. Harold L. Marzan

Harold L. Marzan: Software Engineer, Mathematician (Master of Science in Pure Mathematics, Intec). Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is a software engineer graduated from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago in Santo Domingo. He is the creator of H++ and its compiler. His interests are: C/C++ Compilers and libraries, Compiler Writing, Library Development, Operating Systems, Reverse Engineering, Assembly Programming, Network Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Operations Research, Pure and Applied Mathematics, and Numerical Computing. Actually he is the Professor of Systems Programming (Compiler Design and Implementation Theory), Formal Languages and Advanced Programming at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (Intec). His thesis is titled: Numerical Solutions and Approximations to the Richards Equation (see the paper here).

He lives in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

  1. I am extremely inspired together with your writing talents and also with the layout to your weblog. Is that this a paid subject matter or did you modify it your self? Anyway keep up the excellent high quality writing, it is rare to peer a great blog like this one today..

    • Thank you X-factor, nice page on Reverse Engineering (one of my favorite subjects in the past) This is my personal blog, where I document my compiler of mixed (java-c++) programming language I created called H++. It was written in C/C++, and my code generator emits 32-bits x86 Assembler. This is not paid, and it’s non-profit. It was just written for fun!
